LOŸA is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by the misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to: fire, personal injury, or property damage resulting from negligence, unsafe candle placement, or failure to follow usage guidelines.

By using LOŸA candles, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with burning candles and assume full responsibility for their use.

General Safety Guidelines

To reduce the risk of fire or injury, always follow these precautions:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Burn candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

• Keep the candle on a heat-resistant, stable surface.

• Trim the wooden wick to 5mm before each use to prevent large flames.

• Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing.

• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Discontinue use when 10mm of wax remains to avoid overheating the container.

• Always ensure the flame is fully extinguished after use.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

LOŸA candles are made with natural coffee grounds, frankincense oil (for Charcoal Gray), and soy wax. While we use high-quality, natural ingredients, we cannot guarantee individual reactions or allergies. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.
