About our candles
What makes LoŸA candles different?
Every LoŸA candle is hand-poured in Dubai with 100% soy wax, real roasted coffee grounds or authentic herbal powders, pure essential oils and lead-free wooden wicks. They are paraben-free and designed to look as beautiful on your table as they smell.
Do LoŸA candles really help keep flies away?
Yes. Our coffee, frankincense and herbal blends are naturally unpleasant to flies and mosquitoes, so they help keep your table clear while you dine outdoors. For best results, place the candle in the centre of the table and light it 10–15 minutes before you sit down.
Can I use them indoors and outdoors?
Both. They are made for Dubai terraces, gardens and majlis evenings, and are just as lovely in a living room or bedroom. Outdoors, keep them away from strong wind for an even burn.
Which scents do you offer?
Coffee, Coffee with Frankincense Oil, and our Herbal Edition: Rosemary, Sage, Clove, Tangerine, Zaatar and Lavender.
What sizes are available and how long do they burn?
- 200 g (Mini) – up to 40 hours – AED 99
- 450 g – 3 wicks, up to 60 hours – AED 199
- 1500 g (Large) – 5 wicks, up to 110 hours – AED 499
- Herbal Set – five 200 g candles – AED 399
Candle care
How should I burn my candle?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge to avoid tunnelling. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, keep wicks trimmed, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Are the candles safe around pets and children?
We use natural soy wax, essential oils and lead-free wicks, but any open flame needs care. Always keep candles out of reach of children and pets, in a well-ventilated space.
Orders & delivery
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, delivery is free to every emirate. Orders are shipped within 5 days of purchase, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet – we currently deliver within the UAE only.
Can I return or exchange a candle?
Unused candles in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 2 business days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.
Gifts & business orders
Do you offer gift sets?
Yes – our Herbal Set brings five scents together in one gift box. LoŸA candles are a favourite for housewarmings, Eid, National Day and corporate gifting.
Do you work with hotels, restaurants and companies?
